The statutory rights of our purchasers are in no way limited by our (Bentley and Karvel) Terms and Conditions.

The following terms constitute a legal document; and explain the rights of the 'Purchaser' and 'Bentley and Karvel', in our transactions. By purchasing from us you automatically accept our terms and conditions.

The purchaser must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves.

The accuracy of description and price is paramount, should an incorrect price appear through a typographical error we will contact the purchaser prior to shipment to quote the correct price. Should the buyer not wish to pay the correct price we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Should a refund be required for any reason at all, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to us at their own cost when a full refund for the cost of the product only will be given.

"All refunds will be processed within 10 working days from date of notification or receipt of returned goods"

We have taken care in giving an accurate description of the items on our website. These descriptions are given in good faith, but any implied or expressed warranties as to the accuracy of the information supplied are disclaimed by us.

Limitation of liability, the statutory rights of the purchaser is not affected or amended by our terms and conditions, this includes any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of Bentley and Karvel staff.

Subject to the above you agree that Bentley and Karvel are not liable in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise for; Loss of profit either or potential; Direct loss where a third party is wholly, partly or fraudulently involved; Delayed deliveries resulting from industrial action affecting a third party, for example Royal Mail or courier services.

Should a complaint be registered it will be dealt with by our Customer Service Department and where possible the situation will be resolved within one working week.

We would also like to remind you that if you choose to return an item to us because it is not suitable, returns postage will not be refunded. If however, the item is being returned to us as faulty, please contact us before sending them back. Returns postage cannot unfortunately be credited if returned to us at your own expense.

IMPORTANT: Please also obtain a receipt from the Post Office/Courier when you return any package/parcel to us; without such we will unfortunately not be able to track the item should it be lost/misplaced in the post.
