Mainland UK Delivery.
ALL orders over £10 (exclusive of postage, inclusive of VAT) will be shipped using an economy service for this based on 2nd class type delivery periods. If you order is urgent you can upgrade to a next day courier delivery service.

All picking, packing and dispatched is handled by our distribution centre and every care is taken to ensure your order is received in good condition - if you experience any problems please contact info@bentleyandkarvel.co.uk stating your order number and the details of any damages.

Additional Information
Should your item be returned to us as undelivered and you wish to receive it again/ should your item not be suitable and you would like us to send you an alternative (after you have sent the original items back), we are happy to re-send or replace the items on your order but there is an additional £6.45 P&P charge to have the original/new item sent to you.

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your time, you may do so with 10 days, it must reach us in a re-sellable condition. You should always get a postage receipt from the carrier you use for return. We cannot refund postage for the supply and there is a 10% restocking charge, which will be deducted from your final credit.
